The Urban Prague Segway tour is a unique experience, which consists of historical facts about the city and its highlights, as well as numerical viewpoints. You will cover the famous local landmarks to learn about truly Czech’s lifestyle and you will get to see the highest observation point. The district which is richly documented by the major archeological sites all belong together with your private guide is waiting for you!
Make the first stop and get to see the biggest complex in the World – Prague Castle and its surroundings, including the jewelry of the gothic architecture St. Vitus Cathedral, Royal Guards, the Residential building of the President and many more. Continue your ride through the Embassies Area by passing through the University District (founded in the 16th century). Get to visit Hadovka Park full of modern art sculptures and drive along the local Beverly Hills of Prague. Get to taste the best monks 600 y.o. recipe beer in the Strahov Monastery and add the bright colors to your journey!
Your Segway Tour starts with a short safety training (you will get extra time for it!) and individual supervised test-drive. When all of you will be confident riding a segway your journey starts.
We ride our Segways to The Largest Castle in The World: Prague Castle. The complex has a thousand-year history and currently the house of The President of Czechia. Here you can visit St. Vitus Cathedral or watch the guards changing.
When you say Art Nouveau Houses, Embassy Area has the best samples. After crossing the Pushkin Square our ride goes through University District. Here is the 2nd oldest university in Prague from the 16th century and The Czech Bishop Conference.
Sculpture Park built in 2004. Every sculpture has a name and artists name in front of them.
Old Streshovice is the richest neighborhood in Prague and mostly the famous local people (including former Presidents, singers, hockey players etc.) live here. You will admire the buildings while riding; Muller`s Villa and St. Norbert Church are in this area.
Climb up to hill and see Petrin Tower (a.k.a. Fake Eiffel) and three stadiums such as The Great Strahov Stadium, Stadion Evžena Rošického and Stadium Friendship. The Great Strahov Stadium is the biggest closed stadium in the world. There is also nice view to south part of Prague.
Roman Catholic Monastery built in the 12th century. The Monastery also has a brewery from the 15th century and one of the highest viewpoints of Prague. Here you will have time to try the monastic beer.
Passing through Park Van der Stoela you will reach back to segway garage where you will tell goodbye to Segways and end your tour. Than we will transfer you back to the Old Town Square by our shuttle.
